The Congress encompasses four buildings: Retro, Deco, Contemporary, and Tropical. Rooms include a kitchenette, full bathroom, and living area. Some offer views of Ocean Drive or the Atlantic Ocean. All rooms feature air conditioning, a sitting area, in-room safe, dining table, free toiletries, cookware, flat-screen TV, and an iPod dock. Furniture is from Miami-based Luminaire.
